Virginia vs. Underwear
Virginia lawmakers voted for a bill that would impose fines on people whose underwear can be seen above their skirt or pants. Delegate Howell (D) commented that:
To vote for this bill would be a vote for character, to uplift your community and to do something good not only for the state of Virginia, but for this entire country.
Uplift indeed.
